MOSAICO is a system that allows you to create multimedia and interactive apps, ideal for online and offline corporate presentations and catalogs.
With MOSAICO, you can show your customers texts, images, videos, presentations, brochures, technical manuals in PDF format, 3D models, and more, customized with innovative, usable graphics that are in line with your company’s image and brand.
MOSAICO is compatible with Windows PCs, Android and iOS tablets and smartphones, touch screens, and trade show touch screen kiosks.
Your sales network can use MOSAICO anywhere in the world, without a Wi-Fi connection, saving on connection costs during travel, trade shows, and events. At the same time, when connected to the network, they can download updates for new products and services to show.
MOSAICO is the ideal solution for companies that want to create a strong digital presence and offer their customers a unique and engaging experience.
1 General Features
These instructions cover how to install, access and update the Mosaic app. They do not cover the specific features and possibilities listed below.

2 Web App
The web version of the app is accessible via a browser at the web address provided to you. To log in, you must use the credentials (username and password) you have received.
There is no need to install an app and the content is always up-to-date.
Double authentication may be required. The browser can save passwords for easier access the next time.
3 PC Windows App
3.1 System Requirements
Processor: Intel®, ARM or AMD multicore (2 GHz or more powerful with SSE 3.0 or later) with 64-bit support
Operating system: Windows 10 or later
RAM: 8 GB or higher
Graphics card: GPU with DirectX 12 (feature level 12_0 or higher) and at least 1.5 GB GPU memory and GPU less than 7 years old
Optimum monitor resolution: 1920 x 1080
3.1.1 Device memory
Make sure you have enough disk space on your computer to accommodate the app: 20 GB or more depending on the total size of the content expected in the app.
To check the total disk space left on your Windows 10 device or higher, select “File Explorer” on the taskbar, then “This PC” on the left.
The available disk space will be displayed in ‘Devices and Drives‘.
3.1.2 Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection
To download the app and its contents, make sure you are connected to an Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection with no download limit (no hotspot connections).
After downloading the content, you will be able to access all the content of the app without being connected to the Internet.
3.2 Download and installation
Access the provided .exe link from a browser to download the Windows executable. After downloading, run the file by double-clicking the downloaded .exe file.
Windows Defender may ask for confirmation before running the app. In this case, select ‘More information‘ and then ‘Run anyway‘.
Do not interrupt the installation process. When finished, the app will be opened automatically.
3.3 First Opening
Warning
We recommend downloading all content the first time you start the app (to ensure that it works offline afterwards). For this reason, it is a good idea to start the app unhurriedly, when you have enough time to download content without the urgency to switch off your PC. If this procedure is interrupted, offline operation is not always guaranteed.
The time required for downloading varies depending on the quantity of files to be downloaded and the quality of your connection.
Log in with your login credentials. Authentication is only required when using, restoring or updating the app for the first time.
Open the settings by clicking on the icon and press ‘OK‘ to confirm
Press ‘Update Contents‘ to start the first download. Wait for the download process to finish.
At the end of the procedure, the download screen will automatically close and you will return to the app’s home screen.
3.4 Settings
3.4.1 Content Update
When using the app with an Internet connection, the icon above the Settings button will indicate when content updates are available. It is recommended to download updates when you are connected to a stable connection and have some time available.
To start the updates
Click on the icon
Accept with ‘OK‘ access to settings
Click on the “Update Contents“ button
The download mode will start. At the end of the procedure, the download mode will close automatically.
3.4.2 Delete Files and Restore
Warning
Restoring involves deleting all files and logging out of the app.
The ‘Delete Files and Restore‘ button can be used for the following:
Log out
Change user
Delete all files of the app from your device
Restore the app after a crash or unexpected error
To complete the restore procedure and access the app again, you will need to log in with your credentials and download all files again. See 3.4.1 for more information.
3.4.3 Full Screen Display
Click on the “Full Screen / Windows (F11)” button to open the app in full screen.
3.4.4 Close App
Button to close the app.
3.5 Uninstall
In the task bar of your PC, type ‘Control Panel’ in the search and select it in the results.
Select ‘Programmes’ > ‘Programmes and Features’.
Hold or right-click the app and select ‘Uninstall’.
4 Android App
4.1 System Requirements
A version of Android 5.1 (Lollipop) or later is required.
4.1.1 Device memory
Make sure you have enough space to accommodate the app: 20 GB or more depending on the overall size of the content in the app.
Open device settings (tablet/smartphone).
Tap on “Storage and USB“.
You will be directed to the Storage screen where you will find an indication of the available space on the device.
4.1.2 Wi-Fi Connection
To download the app and its contents, make sure you are connected to an Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection with no download limit (no hotspot connections). After downloading the content, you will be able to access all the content of the app without being connected to the Internet.
You are connected to a Wi-Fi network if the icon appears in the top right-hand corner of your device. If this icon does not appear, contact someone who can help you connect your device to a Wi-Fi network. For more information, consult the settings of the device you are using.
4.2 Download and Installation
Access the provided .apk link from Chrome browser – recommended – or other browser.
On the Chrome browser, the .apk file will be downloaded automatically. Open it directly after downloading, or via the Download screen.
Click ‘Install‘ to proceed with the app installation, wait for it to complete, and then click ‘Open‘ to start the app:
4.3 First Opening
Warning
We recommend downloading all content the first time you start the app (to ensure that it works offline afterwards). When opening, click “Allow” to give all required permissions
Log in with your login credentials. Authentication is only required for: first time use, restoring and updating the app.
Open the settings and start downloading all content
Open the settings by clicking on the icon and press “OK” to confirm
Press “Update Contents” to start the first download
Wait for the download procedure to finish.
At the end of the procedure, the download screen will close automatically and you will return to the app’s home screen.
4.4 Settings
4.4.1 Content Update

4.4.3 Close App
Button to hide the app window, without closing it.
4.5 Uninstall
Press and hold the app icon on the device screen. After a few seconds the icon will start to move, select the ‘Uninstall‘ button. Confirm if necessary.
5 iOS App
5.1 Before you start
5.1.1 System Requirements
A version of iOS 13 or later is required.
5.1.2 Device memory
Make sure you have enough space to accommodate the app: 20 GB or more depending on the overall size of the content expected in the app.
To check the available space on your device
Open the ‘Settings‘ app.
Scroll down and tap ‘General‘.
Tap on “iPhone Space” or “iPhone Storage“: here you will see an overview of the available space and how much space is used by various app categories.
5.1.3 Wi-Fi Connection
To download the app and its contents, make sure you are connected to an Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection with no download limit (no hotspot connections). After downloading the content, you will be able to access all app content without being connected to the Internet.
You are connected to a Wi-Fi network if the icon appears in the top right-hand corner of your device. If this icon does not appear, contact someone who can help you connect your device to a Wi-Fi network. For more information, consult the settings of the device you are using.
5.2 Download and Installation
Access the link provided apps.apple.com/… from Safari.
Safari will ask you to proceed by opening the page in ‘App Store‘. Confirm.
Click “Open” to proceed with installing the app, wait for it to complete, and then click “Open” to start the app:
5.3 First opening
Warning: We recommend that you download all content the first time you start the app (to ensure that it then works offline). For this reason, you should start the app without haste, when you have enough time to download the content: if this process is interrupted, offline operation is not always guaranteed.
The time for downloading may vary depending on the amount of files to be downloaded and the quality of your connection.
Please log in with your access credentials. Authentication is only required when using, restoring and updating the app for the first time.
Open the settings and start downloading all content
Open the settings by clicking on the icon and press “OK“ to confirm
Press “Update Contents” to start the first download Wait for the download procedure to finish.
At the end of the procedure, the download screen will close automatically and you will return to the start screen of the app.
5.4 Settings

5.5 Uninstalling
Press and hold the app icon on the device screen until an on-screen menu appears, select the “Remove App” button. Confirm with “Delete App” to remove all app data and free up occupied space.
